At Drywall Pro-Cut, we pride ourselves on delivering bespoke, high-quality products.
That’s why once an order is confirmed and not altered by the customer, it is considered final. Because our products are customised to your specifications, they are not eligible for returns or refunds.
However, we understand that unforeseen issues can arise. If you discover that your order has been damaged during transit or is not made according to the specified requirements, we’re here to help.

We kindly request that you do so within 24 hours of receiving your order to ensure we can address your concerns promptly.
In some cases, we may need to inspect the goods to verify the issue.
If required, we ask for your cooperation in granting us access to the product for this inspection. This step is crucial in helping us determine the appropriate course of action, be it offering a refund or providing replacement goods.
